Dynamic Cupping Therapy
Dynamic cupping is a modern soft tissue treatment that combines traditional cupping principles with movement-based therapy. Silicone cups create gentle suction on the skin while being moved across muscles and connective tissue rather than remaining stationary.

The gentle decompression created by the cups may help improve blood flow, reduce muscle tension, improve tissue mobility, and promote relaxation. Dynamic cupping can be particularly helpful for larger muscle groups such as the back, hips, shoulders, and legs.

Unlike traditional static cupping, dynamic cupping allows tissues to move while treatment is being performed, making it an excellent complement to stretching, exercise, and chiropractic care.

Some patients experience temporary circular marks following treatment, while others experience no visible marks at all. These are a normal response to the suction and typically resolve within several days.
