About Me

My Story

Hi, I'm Dr. Teresa Cargnelli, and I'm passionate about helping people move better, recover from injury, and live active, healthy lives.

My journey into chiropractic began long before chiropractic school. Before becoming a chiropractor, I spent years working as a kinesiologist, clinical exercise physiologist, athletic therapist, and rehabilitation specialist. Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to work with people recovering from motor vehicle accidents, chronic pain, sports injuries, orthopedic conditions, and neurological disorders. Those experiences taught me that while hands-on treatment can provide relief, lasting results come from improving the way people move.

To expand my ability to help patients, I earned my Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the University of Western States. Today, I combine my background in rehabilitation with evidence-informed chiropractic care to provide treatment that focuses not only on relieving pain but also on improving strength, mobility, and long-term function.

I believe movement is one of the most powerful forms of medicine.

Every patient has different goals, which is why I take the time to understand your concerns, perform a thorough assessment, and develop a treatment plan tailored specifically to you. Rather than simply treating symptoms, I aim to identify the underlying factors contributing to your pain and create a plan that helps you move better, recover more effectively, and prevent future injuries.

Treatment may include chiropractic adjustments, assisted stretching, soft tissue therapy, Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), dynamic cupping, and personalized exercise rehabilitation. By combining hands-on treatment with active rehabilitation, my goal is to help you build a stronger, more resilient body—not just provide temporary relief.

Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, improving athletic performance, or simply looking to stay active as you age, I'm committed to helping you reach your goals.

My Approach to Care

Outside The Clinic

When I'm not in the clinic, you'll usually find me staying active through strength training, rucking, hiking, golfing, or spending time outdoors. I believe the advice I give my patients should be reflected in the way I live my own life, and I value maintaining an active lifestyle that supports both physical and mental well-being.

My mission is simple: to empower people to move with confidence, reduce pain, build resilience, and continue doing the activities they love for years to come. I look forward to helping you on your journey toward better movement and better health.
